The company
Precision meets innovation in glass processing.
Al Rehmat Glass is an Indian glass processor founded in 2016. We take Saint-Gobain raw and coated glass and turn it into toughened, laminated and insulated units, and into interior glass, for fabricators, architects and builders.
What we do
Al Rehmat Glass is a company where precision meets innovation in glass processing, with a commitment to excellence and cutting-edge technology. We specialise in transforming raw glass into the finished panes a building actually needs — toughened glass for the envelope, laminated glass where a broken pane still has to hold together, insulated units where heat and noise have to stay outside, and interior glass where the pane is the finish rather than the opening.
The work is processing, not manufacture of the glass itself. Sheet glass arrives, and it leaves as sized, edged, toughened, laminated or assembled product against a specific drawing. That distinction matters to anyone specifying: what you are buying from us is the conversion and the tolerance, not a commodity sheet.
Where the glass comes from
We process Saint-Gobain glass — both raw clear glass and their coated products. Naming the principal is not decoration: a coated pane behaves the way its maker's datasheet says it behaves, and knowing whose glass is in the unit is how a specifier checks that. Our own product pages name the Saint-Gobain families we work with rather than describing them generically.
Who we work with
Our customers are door and window fabricators, architects and specifiers, and builders and developers — the people who buy glass by drawing rather than by the sheet. We work with high-end clients, and the standard that implies is the reason the tolerance conversation above is the first one we have with a new account.
Our mission
To make the glass in a building the part nobody has to worry about. Right sizes, the specified build-up, delivered when the site was told it would be — repeatedly, on jobs where being approximately right is the same as being wrong.
Our vision
To be the processor Indian architects and fabricators specify by name, because the glass they asked for is the glass that arrives. We would rather grow by being the safe choice on a demanding project than by being the cheapest quote on an easy one.
The company
Al Rehmat Glass was founded in 2016 and operates from its own processing plant in India. We publish the company facts we can stand behind and leave out the ones we cannot — including some that appear on our older website and are being corrected.
