What does “fully custom-made” mean here?
It means there is no range to pick from. ARG describes designer glass as fully custom-made: the panel is built to a brief you supply, not selected from a catalogue.
That inverts the usual enquiry. With a stock product you name the product and ask for a price. With designer glass you describe the outcome you want, and the specification is written backwards from it.

- Finished sizes in millimetres, panel by panel, with a quantity against each. Glass sizes, not opening sizes.
- The look you are after, in whatever form you have it, a reference photo, a physical sample, a mood board, a sketch on paper. A picture settles in a second what a paragraph cannot.
- Where the panel goes and how it is held. Fixing drives more of the detail than anything else on this list, because exposed edges and any cut-outs follow from it.
- Which edges stay visible once the panel is installed.
- Any safety requirement the position carries, say it explicitly rather than leaving it to be assumed.
- The date you need it by.
If all you have is a photo of the space and a rough size, that is still a real starting point. The rest of the brief gets written from there.
