What is fabric glass?

Fabric glass is a decorative interior glass in which a fabric, a woven textile, a mesh, a natural fibre, is laminated between two panes of glass. The textile becomes the pattern, sealed inside the glass where it cannot fray, mark or be touched. That is the general description of how this kind of glass works across the industry, not a statement of any one build-up.

Where does fabric glass get used?

Decorative interior glass of this type is generally specified where a partition, a door, a wardrobe shutter, a headboard, a ceiling panel or a wall panel has to do two things at once: pass light through and stop a clear line of sight. Fabric glass tends to be chosen where the interior wants warmth and material texture.
